Johnny Marr and The Healers: Johnny Marr

Johnny Marr (formerly of The Smiths, The The and Modest Mouse) playing with his solo band The Healers at The Pheonix in Toronto last weekend. I have to tell you that his first Healers album titled Boomslang is one of my faves of all-time. And the new one called The Messenger is pretty awesome too. If you ask me his solo work certainly speaks to who was more important in writing all of those Smiths hits!
